Sort of depends a little bit on where you live and how much you ride it in all-weather conditions.
Visit your local Honda dealer for a better recommedation than on YA.

Any good quality oil that is compatible with motorcycle wet clutches (JASO MA rated) will suffice.
Ask 100 people and you’ll get 50 different answers so you pick your own. I prefer Rotella T6 full synthetic, but that’s no reason for you to use it. Nor are any other opinions that you’ll get when asking. Just use common sense and pick a name brand that’s MA compatible.
Choose the viscosity based upon your expected starting/riding temperatures.
